Cristina Clear

The star of our focus on Australian partner visas is Cristina, and if you choose to work with us you’ll be getting to know her soon! Cristina is a senior Registered Migration Agent, and her passion for migration is infectious. Partnership visas are her favourite because working with prospective migrants and their Australian visa partners who are in love and building a life together lets her enjoy all the feels, and be a massive migration nerd at the same time – perfect! She is compassionate, patient and expert in dealing with the law, and that’s all you could ever want when lodging a partner visa in Australia with the assistance of a professional.

Gavin Stocks

Gavin was the original founder of TOTM Migration in 2010 and is a business director, also having formed our sister business Techs On The Move (dedicated to Australia’s automotive industry) at the same time. Gavin is a highly experienced Registered Migration Agent with a sharp eye for detail and a dedication to breaking down complex legislation to help people reach their migration goals.

Nat Richards

Nat is an experienced and highly empathic consultant who specialises in preparing the testimonies and submissions that Australian partner visas are often based upon. He is also a director of TOTM Migration and works as our team’s coordinator.
