He worked in a range of aftersales roles in the British and Australian automotive industry before starting this business in response to the huge skills shortages he observed in workshops all over the country. He is passionate about vehicle dealerships and how their teams can be strengthened with skilled workers from overseas. Gavin is also a senior migration agent adept at blending his real-world industry experience with a depth of migration legislation knowledge to get efficient results.
Nat Richards
Nat is a director of TOTM Migration and a keen consultant that bridges the real-world needs of Australia’s automotive businesses and the personal goals of skilled migrants working in this field. Backed by a team of migration professionals, Nat is a skilled communicator who is outcome focused, dedicated to ethical practice and loves helping people achieve their goals..
